Once upon a time, I had creative efforts outside of RP. Fast forward to now, where my greatest creative effort is an unfinished filk, to the tune of Copacabana.
I blame Joss Whedon - the characters are his.
Oh, and there may be spoilers for Angel. If this thing even makes sense to anyone unfamiliar with the series.
His name was Lindsey, he was a lawyer
His past was spent in poverty, this firm had been his liberty
He'd cross-examine, serve shady clients
And while he tried to reach the top, Lilah was there to make him stop
Across a courtroom floor, with verbal two-by-fours
They both knew that only one could triumph
Who could ask for more?
At Wolfram, Wolfram and Hart
The hottest hellmouth north of Sunnydale
At Wolfram, Wolfram and Hart
Where each man knows... the price of having failed
(bridge)
His name was Angel, he was a vampire
He threw a client in his chair, through that window over there
You'd say he caught then Lindsey's attention
Lindsey would end up helping him to save some kids whose fate was dim
It should have meant demise, instead of promotion prize
But when the firm went to raise the dead
Lindsey would lose his hand instead
...
That's when my creative juice ran out for the night. Stay tuned as I try to squeeze seasons two and five into the remaining verse and couple of chorus refrains.
*sigh* I think I'm gonna need a longer song. Possibly a dose of sanity as well, but who wants that?

Her name was Darla, she was now human
The one they brought back from the dead, mostly to fuck with Angel’s head
She stayed with Lindsey, making him anxious
Because although he won’t admit, he loved her just a little bit
Though she said “Angel’s who you really want to screw”
Them double meanings made the fangirls squeal
But Lindsey’s problems were still all too real
